June 2015 | Dinos rv nest is a hidden gem! camped for 3 nights. beautiful trees at site,fire pit had great venting for oxygen flow and was on wheels for a placement that suits you.showers gave 4 minutes of heaven for $1. The 9 hole mini golf was perfect for the kids and made it easy for'grandma' to hang out with the kids again just a looney. the shady kids park was cool and much appreciated in the 36 degree weather.Deb and Neil booked us in and treated us like royalty. Small store on site sold ice $3 bag, freezies, advil, drinks,baking goods even bread/eggs. prices decent! FELT safe and secure while staying. |

Pull through sites 5 & 6. June 20-22. Power & Water. 4 adults + 4 under 4yrs.
Fantastic stay!! Campground host, Deb, was GREAT. When booking we asked her for an 'easy' site as we were heading out for the first time in a trailer. She booked us in pull through sites (no grass) near the small playground (gravel base with a sand box on one side). Very quiet area, I think we were the only ones with kids. 9 hole mini golf for $1/player. Course is a bit dated, but the 4 yr old loved it. Can't beat the price! Showers are $1. Good pressure, hot, and very clean. Guys used $1, girls used $2. Bathroom and laundry trailer open 24/7 and well kept. I would absolutely come back again!! |
