 [5 / 5] July 2012 | I've stayed in this particular campground 3 times this past summer and have already made reservations for next years long weekends to get my favorite spots. I Lead out horse trail rides in the summer based out of Waterton and this campground is located close enough to the park without all the busyness of being right in the townsite. It was always very clean and quiet and organised whenever I stayed here. The showers are nice high pressure and hot and not overly expensive at $1 for 4 minutes. The sites are quite spacious and there is a large variety of areas from open stall RV lots to "back in the woods" tenting or small RV lots. The tenting sites are very large. The last one I had fit 3 large 5 person tents and 2 vehicles and still left us loads of room for campfire and picnic tables. I would recommend this campground to all campers who are looking to be close to Waterton. Make sure you make a reservation on a long weekend at least a month in advance as it's quite popular. |
