When we arrived at 1:30pm everything was locked up and no one was around or answering any phone numbers so we went and found a camping stall which were all very small with long overgrown grass but we unloaded the camper anyways and went back in search of someone to register with and find some fire wood but after 30 minutes of driving around finding no one and locked up fire wood we decided to check out other campsites in the area. Now I'm glad no one was around because just down the road was the Williamson park campsite with nice large stalls right across from the lake with free fire wood so needless to say we went back to the seemingly abandoned campsite, loaded back up, went over to Williamson and had a great weekend of camping. We Definitely will not recommend or go back to sturgeon lake campsite.
